  Todd Scott

  Chief Executive Officer

  Todd was appointed Chief Executive Officer of SciDev in May 2026, having joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in October 2025. During his tenure as CFO, he played a pivotal role in SciDev's strategic transformation, strengthening capital allocation discipline and driving performance improvements. With deep expertise across capital markets, strategy, and business development, Todd is focused on driving execution discipline to deliver sustainable, long-term shareholder value.

  Prior to SciDev, Todd held senior leadership roles across both public and growth-stage companies. This includes over a decade at ASX200 listed Sims Limited, where he served as Head of Strategy and M&A, and Chief Financial Officer for Australia and New Zealand. He began his career in investment banking, working as a senior equity analyst at ABN AMRO and RBS, covering the mining and industrial sectors.

  John Gardiner

  Interim Chief Financial Officer

  John was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of SciDev in May 2026, having served as Group Financial Controller since October 2021. John has played a critical role in the financial stewardship of the company, by leading key projects and driving efficiencies throughout a period of significant growth. John has over 15 years of experience in senior financial roles across Australia and internationally, developing strong technical and commercial proficiencies. John began his career in chartered accounting and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

  Chris Dartez

  Head of Energy Services

  Chris is the President and Business Unit Head for the Energy Services team. An operations and business development leadership professional, Chris has more than 20 years' experience in the Oil & Gas chemical industry with a technical knowledge of completions, cementing and coiled tubing fluids. Chris has played a major role in the development of industry's evolving economical and operational efficiency methods such as bulk last mile deliveries and concentrated chemistry delivery to the well site.

  Jamiel Muhor

  Head of Process Chemistry

  Jamiel is a sales and marketing professional who brings a high level of technical expertise focused on driving innovative solutions to benefit our clients across both industries. Jamiel is an established leader with expertise in developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and has a passion for helping his teams to navigate the commercial and technical complexities of the business development pipeline to enable the best possible outcome for all parties.

  Ronan Duffy

  Head of Water Technologies

  Ronan is responsible for driving the performance and success of SciDev's Water Technologies business in APAC. He brings over 25 years of experience in the construction and water treatment industries across Australia, Europe and the UK. Ronan has a proven track record in strategic leadership and commercial management, helping expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen stakeholder relationships in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining SciDev, Ronan served as Chief Operations Officer at Whitewater Group, leading strategic planning, business growth, project delivery, operational leadership, and quality and compliance.

  Lily Lewis

  Head of People and Culture

  Lily Lewis is the Head of People and Culture at SciDev and an experienced HR professional with over 20 years of international corporate experience. Having held senior HR roles with organisations including J.P. Morgan, Nomura, BNP Paribas, and HSBC, she specialises in HR business partnering, organisational development, employee relations, talent management, and HR transformation. Lily holds an MBA in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Commerce with specialisation in Finance and Taxation.

  Throughout her career, Lily has built a reputation as a trusted HR partner, combining strategic thinking with a practical and people-focused approach. She is particularly passionate about creating positive workplace cultures where employees can thrive while delivering strong business outcomes.
